负责发展、执行、优化、监测和评估酒店的营销策略（目标、策略和行动），并完成收入预算；
通过各种市场推广手段，完成既定的品牌营销目标，对营销预期目标及实际效果负责；
负责大客户开发、渠道拓展、商务洽谈、开发和协调各类媒体资源；
负责团队的建设与管理，全面安排、管理市场部的年度市场策略和市场计划；
至少8年以上酒店销售行业从业经验，高度的工作热情；
具备与客户、员工及第三方互动的能力，有效提升酒店、品牌及公司形象。
具备问题解决、推理、激励、组织及培训能力。
能在压力下工作，平衡时间安排并在期限内完成任务，具备细节专注能力。
能合理安排工作分配工作以及责任分摊。
具备清晰思考、分析及运用良好判断力解决问题的能力。
良好的人际交往能力。
