Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

1. Oversees digital brand image, livestreams, online activations, and interal WeChat Moments with Creative Team support.
2. Coordinates overseas KOL trial stays and drives online PR value in collaboration with the
Creative Team.
3. Ensures accuracy and consistency across all digital and print content, including imagery and copy.
4. Leads daily operations of the Marcom team with support from the Marcom Coordinator.
5. Supports the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, festive offers, and hotel promotions across channels.
6. Monitors competitor activity and market trends to identify content and engagement opportunities.
7. Assists in managing media relations and cultivating partnerships to enhance brand exposure and visibility.
