1. 负责酒店工程部合并运作，拟定工程部的组织架构和管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理。
2. 制定运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划、
3. 负责酒店的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用
4. 负责酒店相关的运营部门能源使用协调工作，营造良好的设备设施使用及维护环境。
5. 制定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
1. 具有北京市五星级酒店同等职位5年以上工作经验。
2. 具有一定的英文沟通能力。
3. 掌握工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
4. 有强烈的事业心责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。
5. 身体健康，精神饱满。
