主要工作职责
• 执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作
• 保持设备间的清洁卫生
• 掌握一定水平的业务知识，保证自己能够处理本部门所有业务领域的细小问题
• 处理酒店所有类型的维修保养工作，包括酒店的新增扩建部分或酒店持有的其他资产
• 维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备
• 协助执行酒店的预防性维保及维修记录系统
• 根据管理规定及客人需求按照优先顺序安排工作
• 记录每日进行的服务工作，包括记录个别设备部件更换成本及时间/人工成本
• 参加关于设备正确使用及维护的员工会议
• 按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划
• 每日进行工作日报，记录当天完成的工作
• 根据酒店要求，遵守相关规定和仪容仪表要求；
• 做到“三清”即是区域管理责任清、用料使用去向清和完工场地清；
• 积极维持一个安全的酒店环境并根据要求协助保安工作
• 其他分配的职责和培训
