1. 负责日常设施设备的巡检、维护与故障处理，确保运行正常。
2. 按照操作规程执行水、电、暖、空调等系统的维修保养工作。
3. 协助完成工程项目的施工监督、现场协调及验收支持。
4. 及时响应并处理用户报修，做好维修记录与反馈。
5. 遵守安全管理制度，落实各项安全生产措施。
1. 中技及以上学历，机电、电气、自动化或相关专业优先。
2. 熟悉水电安装及常见设备维护，具备基本的机械与电气知识。
3. 持有相关职业资格证书者优先（如电工证等）。
4. 具备良好的动手能力、责任心和团队协作意识。
5. 能适应轮班或应急抢修任务，服从工作安排。
