在工程总监或其代理的指导下，确保酒店设备按照洲际酒店集团标准运作，以确保实现最大化的效率和客人满意度。
· 处理酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业。
· 对现有的系统提出改进建议，从而优化该系统的运作效率和经济节约。
· 负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、CCTV、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。
· 具备谨慎责任意识，并遵守各种与工作场所的健康与安全相关的IHG政策与程序
· 技术学校电气/电子/机械制冷和空调/水管专业中任何一个专业毕业或接受过职业培训，拥有酒店经验者优先。持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。
