1. 全面负责工程项目的技术管理、进度控制、质量监督与安全监管，确保项目按期、保质、合规交付；
2. 组织编制和审核施工组织设计、专项施工方案及技术交底文件，指导解决重大技术难题；
3. 协调设计、施工、监理、供应商等多方单位，统筹资源调配与现场管理，保障工程整体高效协同；
4. 监督落实国家及地方工程建设相关法律法规、技术标准与安全生产规范，防范合规与安全风险；
5. 参与项目前期策划、成本管控及竣工验收工作，提供专业技术支持与决策建议。
1. 具备建筑工程、土木工程或相关专业大专及以上学历；
2. 累计从事工程施工管理或技术管理工作满3年，具备独立负责中型及以上工程项目的经验；
3. 熟悉国家工程建设标准、施工规范及安全生产法规，具备良好的技术统筹与现场协调能力；
4. 持有二级及以上建造师注册证书（建筑工程或机电工程专业优先）及安全生产考核合格证（B类）者优先；
5. 具备较强的责任意识、沟通能力和团队协作精神，无违法违纪记录。
