组织和管理工程及安保部，制定工程安保部组织机构和管理机制运行模式，确保运行流程、高效快捷；
根据酒店经营需求和发展规划，制定工程改造和更新计划，推动酒店设施的升级和完善；
建立健全酒店安全管理制度和操作规程，并监督各部门严格执行；
全面负责酒店设施设备的日常维护、保养和检修工作，确保设备正常运行；
监督安保人员对酒店进行日常巡逻和监控，及时发现并处理设施设备及安全方面的隐患，防止各类安全事故的发生；
制定工程安保部门的年度预算，合理分配和使用资金。监控酒店的能源消耗情况，制定并实施节能措施，降低能耗成本。同时，合理安排安保资源，控制安保成本，确保安保工作质量不受影响；
负责工程安保部人员招聘、培训、考核和晋升等工作，合理安排人员岗位，确保部门工作高效运转；
制定员工培训计划，定期组织专业技能培训和安全教育，提升团队整体素质和业务能力。
具有大专学历或高级职业培训经历
6年常规建筑维修或建筑及监管经验，或具有同等教育和工作经历
具有酒店工作经验者优先考虑
