1、以机电设备的运行维护为主，服从上级工作安排;
2、制定本专业维保计划，针对本专业提出合理化建议;
3、确保酒店各机械管道设备的正常运行，及时向上级报告设备运行状态并排除故障;
4、按规定时间、路线、巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录;
5、接到工程任务或维修单后，立即安排当班员工完成;
6、执行设备维修计划，按照计划完成机电设备的保养工作，并做好工作记录
1、具备水暖、机修、强电、发电机等系统设备的运行、维护方面经验
2、具有酒店或其他相关的工程领域的工作经验
3、具有高压操作证
