2. 具备至少2年以上宾客服务或相关领域的工作经验,有领班或管理经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够处理宾客的复杂需求和投诉。
4. 具备较强的组织能力和问题解决能力,能够在压力下保持冷静并有效应对。
5. 熟悉酒店服务流程和标准,对宾客服务有深刻的理解和热情。
6. 熟练使用办公软件和酒店管理系统,具备良好的数据分析能力。
