1. 全面负责酒店宾客服务部的日常运营管理,统筹前台、礼宾、电话总机及宾客关系维护等模块工作;
2. 指导团队提供高标准、个性化的宾客接待与服务响应,持续提升客户满意度与品牌美誉度;
3. 处理宾客投诉与突发事件,及时协调跨部门资源,确保服务品质与运营合规性;
4. 参与服务质量监控与改进,落实酒店服务标准及voco品牌服务准则;
5. 协助开展员工培训、绩效辅导与团队建设,营造积极专业的服务文化。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年及以上四星级及以上国际连锁酒店宾客服务或前厅管理岗位工作经验,有voco或IHG集团品牌经验者优先;
3. 熟悉酒店运营流程及宾客服务标准,具备较强的现场管理、问题解决与跨部门协作能力;
4. 具备良好的中英文沟通表达能力,能熟练使用Opera等酒店管理系统;
5. 持有国家认可的酒店类职业资格证书者优先;
6. 遵守《劳动法》《就业促进法》等法律法规,认同平等就业原则,无歧视性条件要求。
