1. 对前台进行日常管理,用敏锐的判断力和决断力解决客户的问题。
2. 前厅负责人不在期间,负责协调和督促各部门做好当值期间的各种工作。协调各部门的工作关系,处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发的各类事件。
3.与员工有效的沟通,提供明确指示,关注员工的表现并给予激励。
4.采取必要行动,及时有效的处理顾客的不满,回访客人,确保客人对解决方法满意。
1.大专以上学历,有洲际工作经验优先(对客基础英文沟通交流)。
2.懂得酒店管理一般理论知识和酒店管理制度和工作规范。
3.熟悉各种应急预案的内容和程序,具有组织、指挥、协调和控制等方面的管理能力,能处理宾客投诉和突发事件。
