1. 负责宾客接待服务工作,提供高效、专业的咨询与引导,确保宾客获得优质的服务体验。
2. 协调处理宾客需求及投诉,及时跟进并解决各类服务问题,提升客户满意度。
3. 组织开展宾客服务流程的优化与培训,推动服务标准的执行与落地。
4. 配合相关部门完成重大接待任务及活动保障,确保服务环节顺畅衔接。
5. 定期汇总宾客反馈信息,形成分析报告,为管理决策提供支持。

1. 大专及以上学历,旅游、酒店管理、商务服务等相关专业优先。
2. 具有1年以上客户服务或宾客接待相关工作经验,具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
3. 熟悉酒店或服务行业运营流程,能够熟练使用办公软件处理日常事务。
4. 具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力,能在压力下保持良好工作状态。
