1. 负责宾客接待服务的统筹与管理，确保提供高效、专业、友好的客户体验。
2. 监督并优化宾客服务流程，提升服务质量和客户满意度。
3. 协调酒店前厅、客房及其他相关部门的工作衔接，保障宾客需求及时响应。
4. 处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，提出解决方案并跟进落实。
5. 组织宾客服务团队的培训与日常管理，提升团队服务意识与业务能力。
6. 定期收集宾客反馈，分析服务数据，提出改进措施并推动实施。
1. 具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的学士学位或大专水平。
2.具备2年以上酒店或高端服务业宾客服务相关工作经验，有管理经验者优先。
3.熟练掌握opera系统，能用流利的英文从事前厅服务，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。
4.熟悉酒店运营流程，具备良好的客户服务意识和问题解决能力。
5. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队管理能力。
6. 能够适应轮班工作安排，具备较强的服务抗压能力。
