担任 VIP 宾客的主要联系人，确保酒店各部门充分了解他们的需求
定期征求宾客的口头反馈，并及时有效地回复所有宾客的询问
与宾客保持密切联系，征求他们的反馈、对我们服务的满意及不满之处，并跟进处理
及时管理、记录并处理宾客或顾客的投诉
让其他运营部门了解重要的客户关系事务（包括餐饮和维护、客房服务和前台等）
我们对您的要求
具有提供卓越宾客服务的热情
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先
至少2年酒店或相关服务行业工作经验，有宾客服务管理经验者优先
具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能够迅速应对并处理突发情况
拥有出色的宾客服务意识，能够主动识别并满足宾客需求
熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统，具备基本的数据分析能力
英语听说读写能力良好，能够与外籍宾客进行无障碍沟通
