3. 监控宾客服务流程,确保服务质量符合酒店标准,并不断优化服务流程。
4. 协调酒店各部门,确保宾客在入住期间的各项需求得到及时满足。
5. 收集宾客反馈,为酒店服务改进提供数据支持,并参与制定服务提升计划。
6. 定期组织宾客服务培训,提升团队整体服务水平。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店或相关服务行业工作经验,熟悉宾客服务流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够处理各种宾客问题。
4. 具有较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神,能够与各部门有效沟通。
5. 熟练使用办公软件,具备良好的数据分析和报告撰写能力。
6. 工作认真负责,能够承受一定的工作压力,具备良好的应变能力。
