1. 负责宾客的接待、咨询及问题解决,确保宾客在酒店期间获得优质的服务体验。
2. 协调酒店各部门,为宾客提供高效、周到的服务,包括但不限于客房安排、餐饮预订、活动安排等。
3. 处理宾客的投诉与建议,及时跟进并反馈处理结果,提升宾客满意度。
4. 监控宾客服务质量,定期收集宾客反馈,提出改进建议,优化服务流程。
5. 参与制定并执行宾客服务标准与流程,确保服务的一致性和高标准。
6. 协助组织宾客活动,增强宾客与酒店的互动与粘性。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上酒店或相关服务行业工作经验,熟悉宾客服务流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力,能够迅速应对并处理宾客的各类需求。
4. 具备较强的服务意识和团队协作精神,能够积极主动地为宾客提供优质服务。
5. 熟练使用办公软件和酒店管理系统,具备基本的英语交流能力更佳。
6. 工作认真负责,细心周到,能够承受一定的工作压力。
