1. 负责宾客从入住到离店的全流程服务管理,确保宾客体验的顺畅与满意度;
2. 及时响应并处理宾客的各类需求与投诉,协调各部门资源,提供高效解决方案;
3. 监控宾客反馈,定期分析服务数据,提出改进建议,以提升整体服务质量;
4. 主导宾客关系维护工作,包括特殊节日问候、个性化服务安排等,增强宾客忠诚度;
5. 培训并指导前台及客房服务团队,提升其对宾客需求的敏感度和处理能力;
6. 参与制定并执行宾客服务标准与流程,确保服务的一致性和高标准。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 至少3年酒店或相关服务行业工作经验,有宾客服务管理经验者优先;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力,能够迅速应对并处理突发情况;
4. 拥有出色的宾客服务意识,能够主动识别并满足宾客需求;
5. 熟练使用办公软件及酒店Opera系统,具备基本的数据分析能力;
6. 英语听说读写能力良好,能够与外籍宾客进行无障碍沟通。
