1. 负责宾客入住、退房及住宿期间的服务协调,确保宾客体验达到或超越预期。
2. 处理宾客的各类需求与投诉,及时有效解决问题,维护酒店良好形象。
3. 管理宾客关系,定期收集宾客反馈,为酒店服务改进提供数据支持。
4. 协调前台、客房、餐饮等部门,确保宾客需求得到快速响应与满足。
5. 组织并参与宾客欢迎活动、节日庆祝等,增强宾客归属感与满意度。
6. 监控宾客服务流程,定期培训员工,提升团队整体服务水平。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上酒店或相关服务行业宾客服务工作经验。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及客户服务意识。
4. 能够承受工作压力,具备快速应变能力,确保宾客问题得到及时解决。
5. 熟练掌握办公软件操作,具备良好的数据分析与报告撰写能力。
6. 形象气质佳,具备良好的职业素养与团队协作精神。
