1. 负责宾客的接待与咨询工作,确保每位宾客都能得到热情、专业的服务,提升宾客满意度。
2. 协调处理宾客在入住期间遇到的各种问题,包括但不限于房间设施故障、服务需求等,确保问题得到及时有效解决。
3. 管理宾客关系,定期收集宾客反馈,分析宾客需求,为酒店服务质量的持续改进提供建议。
4. 监督并指导前台及客房服务团队,确保服务流程标准化,提升整体服务效率。
5. 参与制定并执行宾客服务相关的政策与程序,确保符合酒店品牌标准及行业规范。
6. 在特殊事件或紧急情况下,作为主要联系人,协调资源,确保宾客安全与酒店运营稳定。

1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2. 至少3年酒店行业宾客服务或相关工作经验,熟悉酒店运营流程及宾客服务标准。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够有效处理宾客投诉与突发事件。
4. 拥有出色的服务意识与宾客导向思维,能够主动发现并满足宾客需求。
5. 具备较强的团队管理与领导能力,能够激励团队成员提升服务质量。
6. 熟练掌握办公软件操作,具备良好的数据分析与报告撰写能力。
