1. 随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字
2. 按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间
3. 熟知部门标准工作程序
4. 负责所有与前台相关的活动，如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助处理客人的问询等
5. 熟知所有特别促销活动，如：季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及洲际酒店集团忠实方案
1.具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够耐心、细致地处理宾客需求。
2.表达清晰，普通话标准，具备基本的书面表达和计算机操作能力。
3.工作态度积极，责任心强，能适应轮班或高峰期的工作节奏。
4.对接待服务工作有热情，具有团队协作精神和应变能力。
5.学历不限，有相关服务经验者优先，同等条件下可择优录用。
