1. 负责宾客的迎送、接待及咨询工作，确保为宾客提供热情、周到的服务。
2. 准确记录宾客的预订信息、特殊需求及反馈意见，并及时传达给相关部门。
3. 协助宾客办理入住、退房手续，解答宾客关于酒店设施、服务及周边环境的疑问。
4. 负责宾客行李的寄存、搬运及看护工作，确保宾客行李安全无误。
5. 维护接待区域的整洁与秩序，确保接待环境舒适宜人。
6. 及时处理宾客的投诉与建议，积极协调解决宾客遇到的问题，提升宾客满意度。
7. 参与酒店组织的各类宾客活动，为宾客提供必要的协助与服务。
1. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够热情、耐心地接待宾客。
2. 形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备一定的英语交流能力更佳。
3. 熟练掌握酒店预订系统、入住退房流程及相关操作技能。
4. 具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力，能够迅速应对宾客的各种需求与问题。
5. 具备一定的团队协作精神，能够与酒店各部门有效沟通与协作。
6. 有酒店宾客服务接待相关工作经验者优先考虑。
7. 身体健康，能够适应轮班工作制度。
