As the core manager of the hotel reservation service system, assist the department manager in 
coordinating the daily operations of the switchboard service center. Be responsible for team 
management, service quality control, process optimization and data-driven decision support to ensure 
the efficient operation of the reservation business, improve customer satisfaction and hotel revenue. 
Meanwhile, strengthen the collaboration among departments and maintain the brand image of the hotel.

质量管控、流程优化及数据决策支持，确保预订业务高效运转，提升客户满意度与酒店营收，同时强化部
