1. 统筹宾客服务团队日常运营,确保前台、礼宾、客房服务等环节高效协同,持续提升宾客满意度与服务品质;
2. 负责宾客投诉的及时响应与闭环处理,分析服务短板并推动流程优化与员工培训改进;
3. 执行酒店服务标准与操作规范,监督服务质量检查与绩效评估,落实服务指标考核与持续改进;
4. 协助制定并完善宾客服务相关制度、应急预案及服务话术,保障服务合规性与一致性;
5. 配合人力资源部门开展一线服务人员带教、考核与梯队建设工作。

1. 大专及以上学历,旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年及以上高星级酒店宾客服务或前厅部基层管理岗位工作经验;
3. 熟悉酒店服务标准、运营流程及客户关系管理体系,具备较强的现场协调与问题解决能力;
4. 具备良好的沟通表达、团队管理及跨部门协作能力,普通话流利,具备基础英语沟通能力者优先;
5. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制条件,符合国家关于平等就业、隐私保护及禁止不合理限制的相关规定。
