Salary: 5500 - 7000
1. 统筹宾客服务团队日常运营,确保前台、礼宾、客房服务等环节提供高标准、一致性的客户体验;
2. 处理宾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求,及时协调相关部门响应,提升客户满意度与忠诚度;
3. 执行服务质量检查与督导,组织服务流程优化与服务标准落地培训;
4. 协助制定并落实宾客关系管理策略,参与客户反馈分析及服务改进计划;
5. 配合酒店运营目标,完成排班管理、绩效评估及团队能力建设工作。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年以上高星级酒店宾客服务领域工作经验,其中至少1年团队管理经验;
3. 熟悉酒店运营流程及客户服务标准,具备较强的沟通协调能力、应变能力与服务意识;
4. 具备基础英语听说读写能力,能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统(PMS);
5. 持有国家认可的酒店类职业资格证书者优先;
6. 遵守劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观与服务文化。
