1. 负责宾客服务中心的日常运营，确保高效、准确地处理宾客的咨询、请求和投诉。
2. 协调酒店各部门，为宾客提供及时、周到的服务，包括但不限于房间预订等。
3. 监控宾客服务中心的电话等沟通渠道，确保所有宾客需求得到及时响应。
4. 维护宾客信息数据库，确保宾客信息的准确性和完整性，为个性化服务提供支持。
5. 定期收集宾客反馈，分析服务中的不足，提出改进建议，以提升宾客满意度。
6. 参与制定宾客服务中心的服务标准和流程，确保服务质量的持续提升。
7. 在紧急情况下，迅速响应并协调资源，确保宾客的安全和舒适。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上酒店或相关服务行业的工作经验，熟悉宾客服务中心运作流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够耐心、细致地处理宾客的各类需求。
4. 熟练掌握办公软件和酒店管理系统，能够高效地进行信息处理和记录。
5. 具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力，能够在压力下保持冷静并妥善处理突发情况。
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与酒店各部门有效协作，共同为宾客提供优质服务。
7. 普通话标准，具备基本的英语交流能力，能够满足国际宾客的服务需求。
