1. 负责接听宾客服务中心的来电，解答宾客关于酒店服务、设施、活动等方面的咨询，提供准确、及时的信息。
2. 处理宾客的预订请求，包括客房预订、餐厅预订、会议预订等，确保预订信息的准确无误，并及时录入系统。
3. 接收并记录宾客的投诉与建议，及时协调相关部门处理，并跟进处理结果，确保宾客满意度。
4. 为宾客提供各类服务支持，如行李寄存、叫车服务、失物招领等，确保宾客在酒店的住宿体验顺畅无阻。
5. 维护宾客服务中心的整洁与秩序，确保工作环境的舒适与高效。
6. 定期收集并分析宾客反馈，为酒店服务的持续改进提供数据支持。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够耐心、细致地解答宾客的问题。
3. 熟练掌握计算机操作，能够熟练使用酒店管理系统及相关办公软件。
4. 具备较强的应变能力和问题解决能力，能够在面对突发情况时迅速作出反应。
5. 有酒店行业或相关服务行业工作经验者优先考虑。
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与同事协同工作，共同为宾客提供优质服务。
