1. 负责宾客服务中心日常来电、来访及线上咨询的接待与响应，准确记录并及时转达相关信息；
2. 提供酒店设施、周边交通、餐饮娱乐等咨询服务，提升宾客体验满意度；
3. 配合处理宾客一般性投诉与需求反馈，按流程上报并跟进解决进展；
4. 保持服务区域整洁有序，妥善保管工作资料与设备，遵守信息安全与隐私保护要求。
1. 具备1年及以上酒店前厅、客服或接待类岗位工作经验，熟悉服务标准与基本业务流程；
2. 普通话标准流利，具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识；
3. 熟练使用办公软件，能快速学习新系统操作；
