岗位职责/职位描述
1、执行和处理所有进出的电话,传真,相关设备的程序和其他相关服务。

2、调查所有关于对电话服务,接线员和技术人员的投诉并采取行动。

3、推动工作计划,分享目标,把实际的成绩和目标作比较并作出相应的措施。

4、建立维护和员工的良好关系。

5、为电话接线员组织会议,促进交流,建立一个和谐的运作环境。6、检查和监督所有营运设备和各种软件、硬件设施,保证所有的工作设备正常运作。

7、确保所有的电话设备有预防性维护和与合约商建立维护计划。

8、相关工作经验

大专及以上学历
2年以上相关酒店工作经验
