1. 协助办理宾客入离店手续，配合核对身份信息、整理账单及押金，主动征询入住体验并反馈，礼貌送别宾客；
2. 辅助承接客房预订，规范录入系统并同步至相关部门，妥善保管宾客资料，严守保密制度；
3. 配合前台及总机值守，礼貌接听来电、协助转接与记录，落实叫醒服务，异常情况及时上报并通知客房部核查；
4. 熟悉酒店应急基础流程，协助处理宾客紧急求助并上报。
1、拥有一年宾客服务部工作经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2、良好的英语口语。
3、具有良好的服务意识。
