1. 负责宴会销售的整体规划与执行，制定并达成年度/季度宴会销售目标。
2. 开发并维护客户关系，包括企业客户、机构客户及高端个人客户，提升客户满意度与忠诚度。
3. 策划并组织各类宴会活动，如婚礼、企业年会、产品发布会等，确保活动顺利进行并达到预期效果。
4. 协调内部资源，包括餐饮、客房、会务等部门，确保宴会服务的高质量与高效性。
5. 监控市场动态，分析竞争对手情况，及时调整销售策略以应对市场变化。
6. 定期提交销售报告，包括销售数据、客户反馈及市场趋势分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 拥有3年以上宴会销售或相关领域工作经验，具备成功的销售案例。
3. 出色的沟通与谈判能力，能够与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。
4. 强大的组织协调能力，能够高效管理多个宴会项目并确保服务质量。
5. 熟悉宴会市场动态，具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力。
6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与内部各部门紧密协作，共同达成销售目标。
7. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，以及CRM系统。
