1. 负责酒店宴会、会议、婚宴等团体活动的市场拓展与销售工作；
2. 开发并维护企业客户、旅行社、婚庆公司、行业协会等客户资源，建立长期合作关系；
3. 主动对接客户需求，提供定制化宴会方案，协调前厅、餐饮、工程、安保等部门完成全流程；
4. 参与市场调研与竞品分析，及时反馈市场动态，协助优化产品结构与定价策略；
1. 具备3年以上高端酒店或大型餐饮集团宴会销售、会议统筹或客户关系管理相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉宴会销售全流程，具备独立开发客户、提案谈判及合同签订能力；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识和抗压能力，能适应弹性工作时间；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先；
