1. 负责宴会销售业务的全面开展，包括客户开发、维护与跟进，确保销售目标的达成。
2. 深入了解客户需求，提供专业的宴会策划建议，包括场地布置、菜单定制、活动流程安排等。
3. 协调内部资源，与餐饮、客房、安保等部门紧密合作，确保宴会活动的顺利进行。
4. 负责宴会合同的签订与执行，跟踪款项回收，确保公司利益。
5. 收集市场信息，分析竞争对手动态，为公司的宴会销售策略提供数据支持。
6. 定期组织客户活动，增强客户粘性，提升公司品牌形象。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上宴会销售或相关领域工作经验，熟悉宴会销售流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与客户建立长期合作关系。
4. 具备较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神，能够高效处理多任务。
5. 对宴会市场有敏锐的洞察力，能够捕捉市场机会，提出创新销售策略。
