【岗位职责】

1、负责酒店宴会销售工作,制定并执行销售策略,完成年度销售目标

2、开发维护客户资源,拓展新客户市场,建立长期合作关系

3、跟进宴会活动全程,协调各部门确保活动顺利执行

4、分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态,及时调整销售方案

5、处理客户投诉及突发事件,提升客户满意度

1. 有五年以上酒店销售或至少两年以上销售团队管理经验。
2. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
3. 熟悉销售流程和市场动态,具备较强的市场分析和判断能力。
4. 优秀的团队管理和培训能力,能够激发团队潜力,提升团队业绩。
5. 良好的沟通协调能力和客户服务意识,能够处理复杂销售问题。
6. 具备较强的抗压能力和自我驱动力,能够在快节奏环境中高效工作。
7. 本科及以上学历,特别优秀者可适当放宽条件至大专或同等学历。
