1. 每月实现宴会销售预算目标和新的业务目标。
2. 建立和保持与酒店的各部门有良好的工作关系，例如：前台，餐饮，财务和预定部门。
3. 建立和保持与所有的地区客户和政府客户联系。
4. 与客户在活动或者酒店居住期间的之前，之后保持联系，确保有再次的商业来往。
5. 处理投诉，并提交给销售总监。
6. 在每个月的销售会议会议提交调查的失去商业合作的报告。
7. 保持熟悉并分析竞争酒店。
任职资格
1.大学学历以上（相关专业优先）
2.至少有一年销售或类似职位的工作经验。
3. 流利英语和汉语的写作和口语能力
