1. 全面统筹酒店或大型活动场所的宴会及高端活动策划与执行，包括婚宴、商务晚宴、发布会、庆典等各类定制化活动；
2. 主导活动方案设计、预算编制、供应商管理、现场协调及全流程质量管控，确保活动效果与客户满意度达成预期目标；
3. 协同销售、餐饮、运营及市场等部门，推动宴会业务增长，参与客户洽谈与合同落地，提升活动复购率与品牌影响力；
4. 建立并优化宴会服务标准、操作流程及应急预案，组织团队培训与绩效管理，持续提升服务专业性与响应效率；
5. 定期分析活动数据与市场趋势，提出产品创新与服务升级建议，支持企业宴会业务战略发展。
1. 具备5年以上高端酒店、国际宴会公司或大型活动策划机构相关工作经验，其中至少3年担任宴会统筹、活动总监或同等管理岗位；
2. 熟悉宴会全流程管理，具备出色的项目统筹能力、跨部门协作能力及高规格客户沟通能力；
3. 具备优秀的预算管理、风险预判与突发事件处置能力，能独立完成千万级活动全周期交付；
4. 具备良好的职业道德与保密意识，认同平等就业原则，无歧视性从业记录，符合《劳动法》《就业促进法》等法律法规要求。
