2.完成各类报表，确保部门文件的跟进和系统一致性。
3.为宴会销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给客户。
4.积处理协调宴会统筹部员工的活动及其他部门和宴会统筹部的关系。
5.协助宴会统筹经理及代表负责客户参观酒店。
