1. 负责宴会厅的日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程顺畅，提升客户满意度。
2. 监督并指导宴会厅服务团队，包括服务员、传菜员等，确保他们按照标准操作程序提供服务。
3. 协调宴会厅与其他部门（如厨房、财务部等）的沟通与协作，确保宴会活动的顺利进行。
4. 处理客户投诉与反馈，及时解决问题，并向上级汇报重要情况。
5. 负责宴会厅的物资管理，包括餐具、布草、酒水等，确保物资充足且状态良好。
6. 定期组织服务团队进行培训，提升服务技能与专业素养。
7. 参与宴会活动的策划与布置，提供专业建议，确保活动氛围与主题相符。
8. 负责宴会厅的卫生与安全管理，确保环境整洁、设备安全。
7. 熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等）进行日常文档处理与数据统计。
8. 身体健康，形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养和道德品质。
1. 高中及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 至少2年以上宴会厅或酒店服务行业工作经验，其中1年以上服务领班或管理岗位经验。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够处理突发事件。
4. 熟悉宴会服务流程与标准，了解餐饮行业相关知识。
5. 具备较强的服务意识和客户导向思维，能够关注并满足客户需求。
