2、与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
3、确保部门的各项工作就绪为客人提供良好服务。
4、正确处理客人的投诉。
5、提供高效的服务。
6、充分利用其他团队成员和其他部门的支持，提升宾客满意度。
7、按照部门的月度活动日历提供制定的培训课程。
1、3-4年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2、完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方沟通交往的能力。
3、流利的英语口语能力。
4、可满足弹性工作时间的要求。
