1. 负责宴会厅的日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程顺畅，提升客户满意度。
2. 监督并指导宴会厅服务团队的工作，包括服务员的礼仪培训、服务标准执行等。
3. 协调宴会厅与其他部门的沟通与合作，如厨房、后勤等，确保宴会活动的顺利进行。
4. 负责宴会厅的物资管理，包括餐具、布草、装饰品等的采购、保管与盘点。
5. 处理客户投诉与建议，及时反馈并改进服务质量。
6. 参与宴会活动的策划与布置，提供专业的服务建议与方案。
7. 定期组织团队会议，总结工作，分享经验，提升团队整体服务水平。
4. 具有较强的客户服务意识与应变能力，能够妥善处理客户投诉与突发情况。
5. 工作认真负责，细心周到，能够承受一定的工作压力。
6. 具备良好的形象与气质，符合宴会厅服务行业的要求。
1. 不限学历，但需具备基本的文化素养与沟通能力。
2. 至少1年宴会厅或相关餐饮服务行业的工作经验，熟悉宴会服务流程。
