1、检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
2、带领并指导团队成员对库存物品和各种设备设施进行管理级盘点。
3、为宴会成员分配工作，带领并指导成员摆台，督促工作并按高标准执行。
4、配合宴会经理及副经理协调宴会活动。
5、能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。
1、最少2年的会议宴会服务工作经验。
2、全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法及中西餐宴会服务知识。
3、有良好沟通能力和团队合作意识。
