您的日常工作
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下：
管理、指导并培养一支追求提供卓越家政和洗衣标准服务的团队
处理宾客投诉，满足宾客特别要求，提高他们的满意度
检查公共区域、房间、套房、设备和布草以确保超出宾客预期
协助深度清洁任务，偶尔在繁忙时期协助您的团队
教导所有团队成员遵守国家、各省市与地方的法律和安全标准
维护库存、准备预算、提高工作效率
权责划分
此岗位为客房部职位，需向楼层经理汇报。
我们对您的要求
高中、中等教育或同等学历，1 年客房部工作经验，需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验。
必须熟练掌握本地语言。
