1、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务；
2、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收；
3、负责对结帐房间的查房工作；
4、负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作；
5、负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作；
6、负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作；
7、负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作；
8、完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
1、拥有与他人练好的沟通能力；
2、拥有一些客服工作经验；
3、能吃苦耐劳，具有团队合作精神。
