确保及时完成日常保洁工作。
与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。
掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。
熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息。
乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。
安全正确地使用保洁设备。
向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉。
依照酒店对清洁和外观的标准为公共区域提供保洁服务。
合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
尽可能对资源进行再利用。
按照业务要求开展工作。
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
具有说，读和写英语的能力。
