熟悉酒店所有公共区域；
确保及时完成日常保洁工作；
有效地处理应急事件；
与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议；
参与客房部部门会议；
掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求；
熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息；
乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点；
完成管理层交办的工作；
向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉；
安全正确地使用保洁设备；
合理保持保洁用品的存货量；
尽可能对资源进行再利用；
按照业务要求开展工作。
