完成客房月度报表
确保工作区域和设备得到良好的清洁和修缮
遵守酒店的健康、安全和卫生政策，并遵守个人仪容和卫生标准
按要求参加会议和培训活动
每月按时提交部门员工考勤以及加班记录
每月下单采购客房所需物品
每天核对房态差异
负责每天将客房情况准确的输入电脑并调查各种异常情况
及时向行政管家或其代理人汇报客人的投诉情况
确保接听和转达所有与部门相关的信息，以保持既定标准并取得客户的满意
接收 、记录并分发各种报告
按时录入各种报表及数据，协助完成月结及考勤相关工作
成为掌握客房文员与库房管理员领域工作技能的复合型人才
遵守并执行客房部的各项标准和工作程序
负责遗留物与钥匙的管理（钥匙定时更新，每日清点，确保全年无事故。遗留物记录完整，抽查准确率100%，所有有记录的遗留物找回率100%）
负责管理酒水、客用品库房，确保酒水与客用品库存稳定，临期物品被及时替换并消耗，杜绝浪费
协助行政管家管理客房部资产相关工作，确保酒店资产得到良好的管理
完成上级交代的其他工作任务
