1.熟悉酒店所有公共区域。
2.确保及时完成日常保洁工作。
3.有效地处理应急事件。
4.与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。
5.参与客房部部门会议。
6.掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。
7.熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息。
8.乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。
9.完成管理层交办的工作。
10.向上级领导汇报客人的重大投诉。
11.安全正确地使用保洁设备。
12.合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
13.尽可能对资源进行再利用。
14.按照业务要求开展工作。
