1.指导及检查客房服务员打扫的房间，计划与分配工作，为每个员工设定工作绩效目标；2.为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，解决各类员工矛盾，提高员工绩效；3.检查公共区域、客房/套房、设备、床单是否干净整洁，状态良好，向团队成员提出改进建议；4.维持适宜的库存水平，控制每间客房的消耗品与人力成本；5.完成领导交代的其他工作。
1.中专及以上学历；2.年龄50周岁及以下；3.具备2年以上客房相关工作经验；4.具有良好的沟通和协调能力；5.较强的团队意识，能及时补位。
