1. 负责客房部楼层的管理工作，确保客房服务质量和效率达到酒店标准。
2. 制定并执行客房清洁、维护和布置的标准操作流程，监督员工执行情况，确保客房环境整洁、舒适。
3. 管理和培训客房部员工，包括新员工入职培训、在岗技能提升培训以及安全教育等，提升团队整体服务水平。
4. 协调与其他部门的沟通与合作，确保客房服务需求得到及时响应和满足。
5. 负责客房物资的管理和采购，包括清洁用品、布草、客房用品等，控制成本并确保物资充足。
6. 定期检查客房设施设备的运行状况，及时报修并跟进维修进度，确保客房设施完好可用。
7. 处理客人对客房服务的投诉和建议，及时改进服务流程，提升客人满意度。
1. 高中及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
2. 至少2年以上客房部工作经验，其中1年以上主管或同等管理职位经验。
3. 熟悉客房服务流程和标准，具备良好的客房管理和组织协调能力。
4. 具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同部门有效合作。
5. 具备良好的问题解决能力和应变能力，能够迅速处理客房服务中的突发情况。
6. 熟练使用办公软件和客房管理系统，具备基本的计算机操作能力。
7. 具备良好的服务意识和职业操守，能够以身作则，带领团队提供优质服务。
8. 身体健康，能够承受一定的工作压力，适应轮班工作制度。
