1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作，制定工作计划。
2、确保部门成本及各项费用在合理范围内，开源节流。
3、根据酒店的运营标准，对客房卫生品质、服务品质、设施设备及各项物品摆放进行检查。
4、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。
5、管理酒店物资，定期完成物资盘点。
6、其他上级交办的任务。
1、有3年以上同星级客房管理工作经验，洲际管理经验优先。
2、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑。
3、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
4、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
